Diamond Sea Hotel

Our family had a fantastic experience at Diamond Sea Hotel, and we absolutely loved everything about the property. We want to give a special shout-out to Lisa, Helly, Kelly, Mang, and the rest of the bellboys who went above and beyond to make our family’s stay memorable. First and foremost, the staff at Diamond Sea Hotel provided exceptional service. Lisa, Helly, Kelly, Mang, and the other bellboys were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly valued as a guest, and we were grateful for their assistance throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also a highlight for us Being just steps away from the beach meant that we could enjoy stunning views and easily access the sand and water whenever we wanted. Additionally, the area surrounding the hotel offered a wide range of activities, and the staff were always there to provide recommendations and help us plan our day. The facilities and amenities at Diamond Sea Hotel were top-notch. The rooms were comfortable, beautifully decorated, and provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we felt completely at ease during our entire stay. We also made use of the swimming pool and fitness center, which added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. We cannot speak highly enough of Lisa, Helly, Kelly, Mang, and the rest of the bellboys who made our stay at Diamond Sea Hotel so memorable. Their exceptional service, combined with the hotel's prime location and excellent facilities, made for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay in Da Nang, Vietnam.

This property was nice clean and modern. All staff were superb and very helpful.

Our trip to Vietnam is the best hotel. Great location and cleanliness. But the greatest part is the staff''s courtesy and effort to keep you comfortable. We stayed 3 nights. 2. Our breakfast was finished with chocolate donuts. And the chef, Brian, and rain, noticed that they brought me special donuts for my next breakfast. This gesture was amazing. Thank you Reception and the great girls Mia and Anna help with everything. The staff at the Sky bar were amazing too. It 's a hotel we would recommend to all our friends.

We were on the 18th floor with ocean views. Absolutely beautiful! Lovely room, super comfy bed and bathroom, beautiful pool. The restaurant/breakfast was amazing! And the staff, Lisa in particular helped us book a private car and tickets (at a great price) to Ba Na Hills so that we had flexibility with time (other option was bus tour with set times). She also gave us some restaurant tips. Across the road there are several restaurants with ocean views. About 50 metres away - a handy mini mart for snacks, milk etc

The hotel is in an excellent location directly across from the beach, we had absolutely beautiful views from our room (1804). Breakfast was plentiful & fresh, staff were very friendly & helpful. The rooftop pool & bar/restaurant was also really lovely. Our room was also a great size, very clean, plus the tv had heaps of channels - really everything was great! The room was EXACTLY as advertised, in fact it was even better than we expected. Thank you to all the staff especially to Lisa at the front desk for all her help & advice 🫶
